This Online class is streamed to your location from the the venue. Join the hybrid dance community to dance at home or outdoors and connect with others.

This class offers two facilitated 5Rhythms Waves starting at at 7:30pm AEST. The room will open at 7:15pm with meditation music.

After the wave there is a group sharing in the hall and the teacher may invite online dancers to connect with each other after the dance. There is no obligation to stay or connect.    You also have the option to leave a message for other dancers or the teacher in the chat.
