Moving Essence 5Rhythms has returned to in-person classes in our venues. This online class comes to you broadcast from St Mary’s hall in Castlemaine. Dance a short warm up followed by a juicy one hour Wave. Facilitation and teaching about the 5Rhythms will be provided.
Join for your dance-at-home practice. Online dancers – please understand that the camera is facing the teacher and not the group. Both the in-person & online groups share the same process, but apart from the the occasional visit from dancers in the room, the online dancers form their own group.
When the class in the hall ends, there is an in-person gathering, so online dancers can log off, choose to leave a farewell message in the chat or stay online if there are other online dancers you want to connect with.
