Online dance continues

Moving Essence 5Rhythms classes have returned our venues.  This online class comes to you broadcast from our hall in Castlemaine.  Dance a short warm up followed by a juicy one hour Wave.  Facilitation and teaching about the 5Rhythms will be provided.

Join for your dance-at-home practice and choose if you want to connect with other dancers (online & onsite) after the Wave ends

See below for the schedule.  The class begins at 6pm and online dancers running late can book in up until 6:30pm
