DESCRIPTION:This online class comes to you broadcast from St Mary’s hall in Castlemaine.  Dance a short warm up followed by a juicy one hour Wave.  Facilitation and teaching about the 5Rhythms will be provided.\nJoin for your dance-at-home practice.  Online dancers – please understand that the camera is facing the teacher and not the group.  Both the in-person & online groups share the same process, but apart from the the occasional visit from dancers in the room, the online dancers do their own home practice and form their own group.\nWhen the class in the hall ends, there is an in-person gathering, so online dancers can log off, choose to leave a farewell message in the chat or stay online if there are other online dancers you want to connect with.\nSee below for the schedule.  Arrival music begins at 5:45pm and the class begins (when online bookings close) at 6pm\nOnline dancers should understand that:\n\n\nYou will not have adequate sound unless you have wireless headphones or a connection to a wired or bluetooth speaker.  The inbuilt speakers on a computer or phone will not be sufficient\n\n\nBoth the in-person & online groups share the same process\n\n\nDuring the class, the camera is mostly facing the teacher and apart from the occasional visit from dancers in the room, the online dancers do their own self practice and form their own group.\n\n\nOnline dancers can choose to have their camera on or off\n\n\nSometimes we record the session but this is the music only (not camera)\n\n\nWhen the class ends, we sometimes gather the group in the hall, so online dancers can log off, choose to leave a farewell message in the chat or stay online and chat with other online dancers you want to connect with.\n\n\nTo learn more about Moving Essence virtual dance-from-home watch our online dance video\nOur online classes are weekly events. The exception to this is when we have guest teachers.\nIf you are a few minutes late and you cannot book because the event has started..\nIn most circumstances you can find the next date by clicking the dropdown arrow on the date button.
