Sunday Sweats with Moving Essence and RealRhythms

To sweat is to pray, to make an offering of your innermost self. Sweat is holy water, prayer beads, pearls of liquid that release your past. Sunday Sweat Your Prayers classes are offered twice a month either by David and Meredith from Moving Essence or Madhuma Thompson from Real Rhythms . Most months, one Sweat will be at the Abbotsford Convent, Abbotsford, and the other at the Royal Talbot Rehabilitation Centre, Kew. See table below for current 2017 Sweat dates.

Abbotsford Convent: 1 St Heliers Street, Abbotsford
Paid parking is available outside the Convent. Sweats are held in the Rosina Auditorium, off of Sacred Heart Courtyard.
